| About: | I am a mother of three, my last baby was born at home 16 years ago when I was 41. I qualified as a doula in early '08 and have attended numerous births since, two of them successful VBACs . I have also been teaching HypnoBirthing classes for over 8 years and feel very blessed to work with expecting, birthing and new mothers and their families. I believe in gentle and calm birthing that empowers women and gives them confidence. Childbirth is meant to be a wonderful experience for most women and the memory of it, to be cherished for the rest of her life. Birthing is about trusting her inner instincts and wisdom and do what comes naturally. |
